Artitec started in Atlanta in early 2025 with a simple frustration: buyers comparing new construction homes were juggling fourteen builder tabs, three PDF brochures, and a Google Sheet. The market is enormous — 56,000 active homes across 6,800 communities — and nothing was designed to compare them. So we built that.
