Atlanta · Founded Q1 ’25 · A note from the editors
Artitec is an editorial publication for new construction — builder-direct, verified, and designed for the buyers and the builders who deserve a surface that takes their work seriously. What follows is the record of why we built it and what we ship against.

A home is the largest purchase most people will ever make. The record of what that home is — the plan, the phase, the lot, the builder, the community around it — should not arrive as a PDF inside a sales-team email. It should be a publication you can read.
Chapter 01
New construction is the only major purchase still sold by PDF and dirt lot. Buyers comparing communities juggle fourteen builder tabs, three brochures, and a Google Sheet — because the MLS was never designed for homes that do not exist yet. The market is enormous (56,000 active homes across 6,800 communities) and nothing was built to compare them.
Chapter 02
Artitec does not scrape the MLS. We index each builder website directly, normalize the floor plans, elevations, phases and lot maps into one schema, then verify the result with the builder before it ships. The publication you read is the same record the builder maintains.
Chapter 03
A platform that sits between a buyer and the biggest financial decision of their life carries obligations. We owe builders a surface that represents their work honestly — clean photography, accurate availability, no ad auctions deciding who appears first. We owe buyers the same record, with nothing edited out. The principles below are not posters on a wall; they are the constraints we ship against.

A note from a reader
“For years the only people who could see a community before the model home opened were the people who built it. Artitec changed that — and we did not have to give a salesperson our phone number to get in.”
