You agree not to use the platform to scrape or harvest data without permission, impersonate others, transmit harmful content, interfere with platform operations, or violate any applicable laws.

Listings, pricing, availability, and other real estate information are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we don't guarantee that all information is current or complete. Always verify details directly with the builder or their authorized representatives before transacting.
Intellectual property
The Artitec platform — including its design, features, and content — is owned by Artitec Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artitec Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of material changes via the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
