We use your information to provide and improve our services, personalize your home search experience, communicate with you about properties and communities you’ve expressed interest in, and analyze platform usage to enhance our features. We do not use your data to train third-party models.
Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with home builders when you express interest in their properties, with service providers who assist our operations, or when required by law.
When you contact a builder through Artitec, that builder receives the message you sent and the basic contact details required to reply.
Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in line with applicable law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.
