Artitec respects creators. If something on Artitec uses your work without permission, tell our designated agent and we will act on it.
Our designated agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent at [email protected].
You can also use “Report” → “Copyright” on any reel. It goes to the same review queue.
What a notice must contain
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorised to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The reel or content you say infringes it, with its link (for example artitecplatform.com/reel/123).
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
What happens next
When a notice is complete we remove the content and tell the person who posted it, with a copy of the notice and these counter-notice instructions.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to [email protected] with: your signature; the removed content and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and phone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.
We forward a valid counter-notice to that person and restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with three upheld copyright removals within 12 months are suspended.
